Ledgerpour collects the PDF bank statements you upload, the extracted transaction data needed to create Excel and CSV exports, and basic account details if you sign in.

We also collect technical information such as browser type, device details, IP address, conversion status, and error logs so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.

If you request a file converter, we collect the formats and details you provide. Email is optional and is used to follow up only with your consent. Do not include financial records in a converter request.

We use your files and extracted data to parse bank statement layouts, normalize transaction rows, generate spreadsheet exports, provide conversion history where available, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your bank statement data. We do not use your uploads or extracted transaction data to train AI or machine learning models.

Uploaded statements are encrypted in transit and at rest while they are processed. Files and extracted data are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversion, provide downloads, troubleshoot failures, or support account features.

Where the product describes automatic deletion windows, we design processing around those limits. You should avoid uploading documents that contain information you do not need converted.

Standalone file converters use temporary private storage. Source files are deleted after successful conversion; abandoned uploads and generated results are automatically deleted after about an hour. Signed download links are valid for up to one hour, subject to the file still being available.

If you select a PDF before signing in, a temporary copy is stored in this browser so it can be restored after sign-in. It is eligible for restoration for 30 minutes and is removed on submission or a later cleanup. You can also remove it by clearing this site's browser data.

Ledgerpour, Inc. may share limited information with infrastructure, storage, database, analytics, authentication, email, and payment providers that help us operate Ledgerpour.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate misuse. We do not permit service providers to use your bank statement data for their own marketing.

Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tracking stays off until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice using Privacy settings. Document interfaces are marked for Clarity masking; financial data must not be included in analytics events.
